The College currently has an enrolment of 940 students from years 7 to 12.

Whilst the College was originally a traditional high school servicing a rural community, the demographic has changed with the growth and the College now services a more urban population.

Pakenham Secondary College is a large secondary college located in the rapidly developing community of Pakenham, located at the end of the South Eastern growth corridor of greater Melbourne, which is one of the fastest growing residential areas in Australia.
